Shipping

All orders within Australia will be sent out FREE of charge using Australia Post's standard satchel and you should receive your watch between 3-7 days. After your watch has been sent out, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel's every move!

International orders will be sent out for FREE using Australia Post. Standard orders will arrive in 6-10 full working days (depending on your country). 

Returns

If, for some reason, you have changed your mind about your purchase, you will be able to exchange your purchase for another product. Please note, we do not grant refunds for a change of mind and we will not cover shipping postage involved with the return.

When returning, please contact us (hello@thewolftime.com) and ensure the watch has not be worn, damaged in any way, and contains no sign of wear or use. 

Faulty Product

If, for some reason, your product is faulty, please contact us (hello@thewolftime.com) and we will organise a refund.
